Your P consists of:

3) The amount of time you have available to work each day.
So, your P is maximized by the number of waking hours you (and others) devote to the business and how much product or service you sell.
Now, consider your T (your personal technology).
Your T consists of:
1) Your basic skills: your ability to read, write, speak, calculate and process information (your core technology).
2) The functional (specialized) skills you've learned to date.
This is your unique skill set, technology. For example, the unique skill set you need to work in nursing or in accounting.
3) Your adapting skills: your ability to adapt to change and learn new skills.

The ability with which you learn new things is the single most important skill for any person starting a small online business today.
Manage Your Personal T
So, your T is your set (and level) of existing skills (computer proficiency, public speaking ability, sales knowledge and so on) and the skills you need to acquire or improve to have a successful small business (learning how to sell, how to teach others to sell, improving one-on-one communication techniques).

So, your T are all the skills you bring to your online business.
